Form Builder offers the ability for simPRO users to create, edit and format form templates & documents. It’s the first of future releases for the Form Builder feature in simPRO.
With the latest Form Builder release for simPRO you can:
Design and format quotes so they are specific to your business
Choose between a variety of ready-made System Templates for project quotes, or create new ones using standard word processing features.
This functionality gives you the opportunity to make quotes individual to your business, its needs, and your customers through text formatting, hyperlinks, images and layout editing tools.
Pre-fill fields in project quotes with simPRO data
Add fields to your templates that can pull corresponding information from simPRO and populate the final form, making the process fast and simple!
Edit your project quote at any time with the Form Editor
The Form Editor is perhaps one of our most exciting tools yet: it gives you the ability to edit your project quote documents at any time, including just before printing or emailing it to your customer!
Get complete visibility of all of your labour types and costs as you’ve defined them in your system.
Choose the cost rate, sell rate and markup price for any labour type and use this as a default for any new customer. This makes it quick and easy to add labour costs to your estimate or a quote for a particular customer.
Easily adjust your labour costs at any time. Changes can automatically apply to all customers you use that labour rate for.
Import your supplier catalogue or materials list into your simPRO system to easily review the materials ordered from your suppliers.
Compare supplier prices to buy at the best price, and add items directly from supplier catalogues onto your estimate to improve your estimates’ accuracy.
If you’re working on a project, you can maintain a catalogue of items with accurate prices reflecting your unique project price.
Estimates not as profitable or competitive as you would like? No problem.
In simPRO, you can lock your current estimate, make changes, and see a succinct report that compares your old estimate to your revised one.
Understand where you’ve spread your costs with a visual representation of your net profit and your material and resource costs.
There’s no need to start your estimate from scratch every time. Save and reuse combinations of materials and labour, just materials, or just labour to speed up your next estimate.
If you’re working from plans, you can import drawings and, with the use of third-party take-off software such as Groundplan, transfer the materials from your plans into your estimate or quote.
Cost each phase of a multi-stage project separately or as a group. You can even include an optional parts/labour section to your final quotation for upselling opportunities.
Whether you’re providing customers with an estimate or quote, you can be confident it looks consistent and professional.
Use design templates to ensure your quote or estimate includes the details you and your customers require.
