Richard is an experienced electrical industry executive with more than 20 years in the electrical technology, value-add service and solutions delivery markets.
As Managing Director, Richard is tasked with overseeing the growth and major expansion of simPRO in the UK. Having worked in New Zealand for 15 years, and leading the simPRO New Zealand office for the last 2 years, Richard has moved back to the UK to take on the challenge of growing the UK business.
With more than 15 years experience in marketing, Natasha is experienced in advising a variety of businesses on marketing strategy including lead generation, digital and email marketing, event organising, CRM database management and developing relationships with clients, suppliers and referrers.
At simPRO, Natasha is responsible for developing the marketing activities for the UK operation, including general profile-raising and lead generation activities, as well as establishing relationships with trade associations and wholesalers across the country.
Wayne manages the Implementation, Success and Project Management teams in the UK office. He has worked for simPRO since 2010 and moved over to the UK in 2013.
Wayne works closely with clients to get them to see the full potential of our software, and he enjoys watching clients’ businesses flourish. His key focus is success – making sure that our clients achieve their business objectives with simPRO. Having recently expanded the team, he is constantly looking at ways to improve the training delivered to businesses of all sizes.
As Sales Manager, Simon is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plans for new sales growth in the UK.
Simon has over 20 years of sales experience and has a wealth of experience with business process technology particularly in the field service industry.
Ruth is responsible for the UK administration team, including the finance, HR and admin support functions.
Ruth has previously worked in admin and HR roles within public and private sector businesses. With a wide range of skills that ensures the smooth running of the UK office day to day, Ruth enjoys recruiting new staff members, overseeing their induction, and supporting them through their career with simPRO. Ruth also manages the company’s cashflow, cash collections, invoicing, and purchase orders.
